He can't die soon enough, ruining two great teams, the Sox and the Bulls. The plan is for him to die to avoid taxes tied to selling the team. Ishbia bought out all the other minority owners just recently and presumably buys out Reinsdorf's estate.
Interesting that this same guy bankrolled the Bulls to 6 titles. Apparently, even he hates the White SoxReinsdorf is from Brooklyn. I am from Chicago. He controls the means of production though, so my plan to buy the team is not a near term horizon event.
I knew you had redeemable qualities. Sox do suck though and I hate them myself. That's what being a Sox fan is all about. He can't die soon enough, ruining two great teams, the Sox and the Bulls.
I love Chicago, been there many times for work and personal reason, probably my favorite big city. Been to both Wrigley and Sox Park (I refuse to call it Rate Field or whatever it is now, and will sometime slip and call it Comiskey), had a great time at both but I preferred the Sox game. Wrigley struck me as a dump (it was about 20 years ago before the remodels etc), and while the fans around us were great, mostly old timers who kept their own scorecard so they were actually there to watch the game, but too many drunk frat bros and tourists for my liking.
I can see why you enjoyed Comiskey. Where else are you encouraged to wear flannel shirts buttoned only at the top and have hard liquor and handgun night at a ballpark? He can't die soon enough, ruining two great teams, the Sox and the Bulls.

I see you are tracking Chicago weather too!I can see why you enjoyed Comiskey. Where else are you encouraged to wear flannel shirts buttoned only at the top and have hard liquor and handgun night at a ballpark?
What does Dodger Stadium have to do with this?I can see why you enjoyed Comiskey. Where else are you encouraged to wear flannel shirts buttoned only at the top and have hard liquor and handgun night at a ballpark?
That's bullshit! Just last year we inducted Tom Berringer into the Indians HOF!!!What does Dodger Stadium have to do with this?
Also, your best know players are Charlie Sheen and Wesley Snipes.
Blago is a Cubs fan if I recall. @ChiSoxFan ?Hawk Harrelson: "Remember to come on down to the ballpark on May 20. It's going to be gang night. Fans are encouraged to wear their colors and the first 5000 fans who get in without a sucking chest wound get a Rob Blagojevich bobblehead!"
Do you have any idea how many times out of town fans ask why Bob Uecker isn't on the radio? What does Dodger Stadium have to do with this?

Don't you dare besmirch a Hall of Famer, guy.Hawk Harrelson: "Remember to come on down to the ballpark on May 20. It's going to be gang night. Fans are encouraged to wear their colors and the first 5000 fans who get in without a sucking chest wound get a Rob Blagojevich bobblehead!"

That old timey song sucks.I finally figured out why the White Sox don't have celebrity fans sing during the 7th inning stretch. None of them are sober or speak a lick of English
Plus, having the likes of Jim Belushi sing isn't really a great thing. That old timey song sucks.
I don't know who tf that is, but I will embrace his attire choice.
