We could just as easily be that. We've got no snow cover here, so the 50's will serve to get some ice off the rivers before the eventual big thaw.

Thick ice, snow cover, and a big early spring rain is a BAD recipe.

I don't know about anxiety, but I know it works for gout, arthritis, etc.. (at least in some)

My 79 y/o mom takes it and my buddy who's 60 takes it.

My sister's a certified nutritionist and a natural supplement distributor and gets a lot of samples that she gives to both of them.

My mom takes two 10 mg per day.
My buddy takes a 50 mg when he wakes up in the morning and then another in later afternoon. They both swear by it working for them.

Blah kids have a 4 day weekend cuz the schools are so overwhelmed by absences or some sort of story.


Thought they were going to be doing zoom classes seeing how this was planned weeks in advance. Nope just some silly packets that take maybe half an hour and it counts as a school day ,🙄🙄
