Well, we didn't want to pay Bob $10 million/year.... Cause... Why?

Panarin stung a little, but if a guy wants to live somewhere like NY, we just can't match that. Sucks, but it is what it is.

The PLD thing sucks. Nobody really knows why he wants out. He just bought a house in Columbus last year, which doesn't make sense.

Does it though? He was old and slow. Sure he was the "heart and soul" of the Bruins but he was easily getting burnt left and right. I wish he retired a Bruin instead of going elsewhere but it does appear his time is up

And right on cue, another new supe sends an email about how for a "goal" for next year, she wants to invite her team to a book club. Even though HR explicitly said forming book clubs were not valid "goals".

Wonder if he's gonna be like Jagr when he's 48 and keep playing in Europe
