Morning all

Another exciting Tuesday. Bathroom project that should've been 3 days is on day 5 and I think they'll need part of tomorrow to finish. Friday they only worked a few hours, but still, ready to get it done

I have 3 of them & somehow he is the head of them and maybe 2 others. He has had 2 LOs quit & 1 transfer departments. None of them were mine. I like my 2 others. This one just needs to focus on his job on lending & not so much on going to bank activities he doesn't need to be at.
 
It's cool and all that I am the only one who can see everyone's schedule meetings but it's also very annoying........ It shouldn't be like that since I don't report to 3/4 of the people who ask me for people's schedules

Honestly only 1 left bc of him. The one that transferred had been waiting for that spot for a good while. The other one moved & tried to do loans in his new area but that wasn't going to be fruitful. I think he realized that & found a new career path. The one that blamed him also sucked at her job. Had little experience before & just didn't get how things work. I was transferred 2 of her loans & they were screwed up. She was in a hurry too, but wouldn't listen to what I & others told her. She wasn't a big loss at all.

what kind of jacked up system do you use where you can't see if someone is free or not?

I'm biding my time. Just hanging out until probably Jan of 26. Know my mom will be retired by then. Believe my dad might be then as well as my MIL. By then all the kids will be riding the bus to school as well. Just not sure what I'd do. It has improved a bit here of late compared to earlier this year.

Practice moves to 5 days a week in preparation for the playoffs. Mondays are watching tape day.
