Happy twos day

Had some craziness in the area last night. I heard sirens around 2 am and realized they were moving quickly & the fire department wasn't going out. See a few more of my wife's co-workers scream down the highway heading towards the rental house town. Turns out 2 guys stole a semi around Dayton and had a pursuit with police from their and the finally crashed in a ditch near the route I take to work in Indiana. They had been firing shots at police the whole time.

I don't really have a lot of reason to leave the house, 'tis true. It's nice to be able to decide to have the ability to decide how much of a beer I want to pour. Need to get back to brewing my own again.

Just had a quasi lunch interview with the other job. Now I have to have another interview with their corporate people, but essentially have the job if i want it. Still haven't discussed financials tho. So still no clue about it.

Wind is howling and the snow is coming down sideways. Going to be an interesting drive to go pick up the kids after work.
 
Had a great ski weekend. Got about 8 or 9 hours of skiing in over the 3 days (Mr. Kobe and I have to each do morning/afternoon shifts because one of us has to stay back with Coal). Got Coal out on skis for the first time as well. He did well, but teaching him to stop was a bitch. Usually ended with us tackling him so he didn't go through the safety fence.
 
Pyscho stalker still hasn't been served with the restraining order and the timeframe for charging him is apparently weeks out. And he sent me a series of new emails over the weekend. This fucker isn't letting up and I'm about to lose my patience with this asshole.
 
Heading to San Diego next weekend. Saturday through Tuesday. Looking forward to some warm weather and seeing the ocean for the first time in 3 years. Rented a house and a couple friends are coming with me. Hiking, beach, good food. Can't beat it.
