Harbaugh banned from sidelines for 3 games

Put him on OSU sideline

I don't think you get my point.

Michigan didn't wait for any investigations to be completed to suspend Harbaugh earlier this season or Stalions recently.
That IS the point. Michigan...the school...made those decisions. Those were voluntary decisions. In this case it is the conference issuing an order.

The investigation is not complete. Due process was not followed. Schools have the right to file an appeal with any sanction.

Might be interesting to play that. Just coach as normal. What is going to happen? He is not getting arrested.

Could be a nice "fuck you"

Puposely allowing an ineligible coach or player to participate in a game risks having that game declared a forfeit.
And probably additional non-compliance penalties against Harbaugh and the school.

They will probably end up having to vacate wins anyway so who gives a rip?

No shit, Sherlock.

Before any formal investigations were complete.

It's hypocrisy for Michigan to be crying about disciplinary action before an investigation is complete.

What you're saying is Harbaugh and Stalions should have hired lawyers for a TRO and sued the university for being disciplined before the NCAA completed their investigations.

Maybe.
But right now Michigan still has a good shot at a BigTen title and a decent shot at a National Championship.
Seems like they wouldn't wanna mess with that while its still in reach.

"No shit Sherlock". That's where you are going? No. No...and finally no. You are not getting the point. Judas freaking Priest!

You call it hypocrisy. That's an opinion.

I use facts

I think as we stand, its already been messed with

Big 10 waited for a reason. They know tomorrow is Veterans Day, so Michigan can’t file an injunction. Doing it when the Michigan team was on a flight to was a weasel move
Good point … the courts will be closed on Monday, but they can file for am emergency injunctive order. I am not an attorney so I am basically throwing spaghetti against the wall.
