Harbaugh Looking For NFL Gig

Yep and the usual Michigan insiders don’t seem to be refuting it either. Which makes me think even more that there’s real smoke here
They wouldn't have the slightest clue, as the team has been in Arizona. So what are they going to say? Here is straight from Harbaugh's mouth, less than a month ago.

Lol yes about a month ago. Nick Saban also swore he was not going to go be there Alabama coach. Things change and people lie.

The difference is you aren't Bruce Feldman. Credibility matters
How credible is Jim Harbaugh? You know, the guy unnamed sources said is going to the NFL.

Of course Harbaugh isn’t going to come out before the playoff and say “yea I might consider the NFL” plenty of coaches say they aren’t going to do something and then do it

Nick Saban does. He has a track record of doing it at MSU leaving in the middle of the night, setting a press conference at Miami to say he wasn't leaving the NFL then leaving for Bama.

Now go look up Harbaugh and read all the stories from recruits, where he openly told them at the end of the 2021 season, he'd entertain offers from the NFL and if offered the right job, he'd leave.

He didn't sit in the recruits living room and lie to their faces. That's not how he works. Didn't matter how big the recruit was either. Here is an article about his conversation with Will Johnson -- the Michigan true freshman CB that held Harrison Jr. to 40 on routes he covered him.

What else is he supposed to say? Coaches will tell everyone they're staying until they are literally on the plane for their next job.

He said it before the season, he said it during the season, he openly told recruits when HE WAS looking to go to the NFL. There'd be no reason to lie about it now.

Could someone offer him an exorbitant amount of money to go to the NFL and he leaves? Sure. Everyone has a price. Unnamed source articles mean ABSOLUTELY nothing. They come out every year, especially when football season is about to be over, as these journalists want to drum up as much interest as possible with a click bait article.

You take the word of an 'unnamed source' from a random journalist not affiliated with Michigan. I will take the word of the coach, who has been open and honest about his interest in the NFL.

As I JUST stated -- he literally told recruits he may leave in 2021. Why in god's green earth would he now lie?

In all honesty -- Harbaugh could be putting out these rumors himself to get himself another raise. If I was Harbaugh -- I'd do that every year.

Harbaugh has goofy weird awkward personality who knows why he does certain things.

Get tired of this crap every year, either go to the NFL or don't
It is what it is. Until Harbaugh says he is going -- it is the SAME THING every year. It is why I am laughing at those taking it as gospel, because an unnamed source says it.

Personally -- if he didn't leave last year -- I don't see him leaving now. He'd have to uproot his entire family (he has 7 kids) and pull those out of schools they have been in for 8 years in the hometown he grew up in. If Harbaugh needed the money -- then yeah -- I could see him bouncing. The guy gives away his bonuses to employees at UM -- so he has more money than he knows what to do with.

I know OSU fans are hoping and praying he leaves, as he owns Ryan Day right now and is massively in his head. But I don't see him going anywhere unless he is offered an astronomical amount of money. So if he is -- I completely get why he'd leave.

That being said -- he has been straight up with his recruits and his players since Day 1. It'd make no sense to 8 years in start to lie.

I wish Ryan Day would go to the NFL

I read on the internet that Lincoln Riley is considered a good coach. Of course we all know THAT isn't true

I’m saying Colts. But why would he leave Michigan? He will probably have an even better team next year and the Ohio State game is at home. Chances are he is back in the playoff’s again
Word is team WalMart would essentially triple his yearly salary.

He could afford another new wife with that kind of money.

Ryan Day put you in a position to beat Georgia. Your defense is what lost you guys that game. That isn't on Ryan Day.

Day has proven he gets completely out coached late in big games. See the last 2 Michigan games, this UGA game and the Clemson playoff game after the 19 season

I don't think he wants another one. Him and Nick Cannon are single handedly trying repopulate the world. Harbaugh has 7 kids. I would hope he is done now.
