Harbaugh Looking For NFL Gig

Cowturd claimed the Broncos were going to offer him $20 million
Yeah and Sean Peyton is looking for a 100 million dollar contract but let’s get real and tell me what the real range is for NFL HCs.

I'd disown him forever for lying, but he'd have $13 million more dollars per year.
That was a a tongue in cheek comment, but I honestly don’t expect him to leave because I don’t expect the number to Get to 20 million. Eventually coaches will make that and more, but jump salaries almost 40% (from the highest now to that) doesn’t seem likely. But this denver crew has Wally World money so who knows.

I’m kind of over him. Appreciate what he’s done & glad he toned down a lot of the silly stuff, but I wouldn’t mind a new chapter. There are a lot of good coaches out there where I don’t think we’d get stuck w another Rich Rod and/or Hoke.

Every MI coach should do what he’s done, regardless of who they are. You’re going to trade some wins w tOSU but we should run the table against everybody else in the reg season. I don’t think doing that is a major accomplishment for Michigan.
Who is on your short list of next HC's?

Originally I thought it was Belicheck at 12.5 mill a year but google is saying McVay makes 15-18. If that’s true then it’s not only posssible but plausible for Payton to get a 100 mill contract. If it’s over 5 years it’s under 20 mill a year.

So maybe pump the brakes on Harbaugh isn’t going anywhere
When it comes to these coaches, I believe what they say when I see it. I will believe Harbaugh will be back in 2023 when he is on the sideline for Michigan in '23.

All of these coaches are FOS when it comes to promises. All contracts are just scheduled payments. Any contract can be bought out and broken. That's what lawyers are for

I truly think Harbs will be back too mainly because I don’t think he’ll get 20 million and i don’t think the options that are open/will be in the pro’s are that grand. Nor would I blame him if he did indeed get that number and took it.

But citing things that happened 5/6 years ago and using that determine what will happen now when the numbers would be far different (MAIZE) is foolish.

Jimbo Khaki Pants has spoken with Carolina’s owner.

The Panthers have not yet begun their coaching search. So this wasn’t an interview. Just a couple guys, talking about hypotheticals and the weather.

My gut feeling is Harbaugh will be back. But people who keep getting butthurt when he talks to NFL teams need to get over it or they are just going to remain butthurt. I have always said, the best time to look for a job is when you don't need one. Then you can afford to set the bar where you want it. Don't blame anyone for exploring their options.

The days of coaches staying for 20 years at one program are over.

I heard Carolina's owner offered Jimbo 1 million to sleep with his wife. They should make a movie about that

Indy would be ideal for Harbaugh. He gets a say in his rookie QB. Defense is good. Some nice weapons. I think he stays but if he wants a nice gig. I think Denver suits his system as well

Indy would make a lot sense due to him being the first Colts QB in Indy to get to a Championship game. He only played there four years, had a losing record as a starter but is in their ring of honor.

The Broncos are going to suck for awhile. They’d only make sense for money, to me.

Carolina has six picks in the first four rounds. And one of em is top ten.

Arizona would seem like a decent gig once they fire Kliff. Punt next year without Kyler though.

Michigan State has extremely hot co-eds, so they are winning on that level.
