Pay players to come to Hawaii, NCAA pays em more than Podunk U because of cost of living factor. Remind BYU/Oregon recruits how sucky the weather is in those places compared to Hawaii and ya should be all set.

Aloha got declared unsafe for crowds. maintenance issues were a big problem. they play on campus basically on a practice field. with temp bleachers.

On July 2, 2009, Chang was arrested on suspicion of robbery. Police stated that he had seen a woman filming a fight in Honolulu's Pearlridge neighborhood, demanded that she stop filming, and upon her refusal and a subsequent struggle, had taken her camera and thrown it to the roof of a nearby building.[26] Booked on criminal property damage and harassment, Chang pleaded guilty to both crimes in February 2010. His plea deal included six months probation.[27]


That's pretty damn cool story.

It’s the field portion of the track and field facility, right?

Read up on Rainbow football a little last week. Had never known their home prior to Aloha was known as the Termite Palace.

yeah old wood facility

Aloha had a lot of rust issues. salt sea air. ive been there as recent as 2019 i can say its not pretty

Always looked like a nice stadium, on TV. I’ve never been to Hawaii personally.
