He will almost certainly be in the new Spidey movie. I suspect they will try to keep his involvement on the DL until then.

Clint’s former mentor?

I suspect they will resolve the current cliffhanger by them having a cheery rendezvous.

Kingpin will be in this. Murdock in the new spidey.

He was in the comics. Maybe there will be a departure in the show, but I doubt it. He's all be confirmed as The Swordsman

I watched the latest episode late last night, but I plan on watching it again this afternoon. The opening scene was awesome. Showing the Blip from the POV of a “blipee” was a great concept.

I am kinda surprised they are bringing in Kingpin while they still don’t have the broadcast rights to the Netflix shows. Same thoughts about bringing in Daredevil.

I love this show. It isn’t pretentious like Wandavision and isn’t too fantastical like Loki (and not as straight up boring as Falcon/Bucky). But Helana’s accent is horrible and is taking me out of their scenes.

I LOVED the open, though. Showing the blip from a blip-ee’s POV was a stroke of genius.

Odds we see Murdock in Ep 6? Feige already let it be known that Charlie Cox will reprise his role whenever they decide to bring DD into the MCU. Would be a perfect end credits scene to have Kate meet him.

I doubt it, but it is certainly possible. Cox is in Spidey, so dropping him in this as well would be putting too much of a focus on him, imho.

Just finished the finale.

I am quite certain that they have decided to scrub the Netflix shows from MCU canon, and both Fisk and Murdoch are alternate versions from those.

This Fisk was way too powered to be the same one from Netflix. And there was definitely a difference in his speech pattern (this one had a very gravelly voice) and he didn’t seem as intelligent or as cultured as the Netflix version. We haven’t seen enough of Murdoch yet to do a real comparison, but if they are making Fisk a different character, I think the assumption should be that Murdoch is different as well.

So Clints wife was a Shield agent. Was kind of surprised Val wasn't in an end credit scene.

Great series. For the MCU TV it's arguable if Loki or Hawkeye are better. I obviously hadn't had a chance to rewatch Hawkeye but I did with Loki but right now I gotta give it to Hawkeye. Wanda was great and What If was weird but Loki and Hawkeye were the best in this series. I'd argue they are the best part of Phase 4 so far. I don't get to see Spiderman 3 until tomorrow or Friday but Loki and Hawkeye were better than Black Widow, Shang Chi, and Eternals. And that is saying alot because all 3 are better than average Marvel movies.

Loki sets the stage for phase 4 which is great but Hawkeye was more grounded and the Rockefeller Plaza scene tonight was a great callback to the battle of New York. They both got introductions to big bads but Hawkeye brought back one who is arguably big enough in the comics that should have made an appearance earlier. Oh wait he did, but the Netflix shows don't count in the MCU.

Gotta give it to Hawkeye. Loki was awesome but Hawkeye was better for fanservice. Close call though

FWIW, the MCU version of Kingpin seemed more closer to the comic version than the Netflix show. Fisk in the comics has some crazy strength. But I don't think you can say for sure its not the same. Like he was wearing the same cufflinks (which Kate used to flick at the arrows) that he did in the Netflix show.

It looks like they are setting her up to be the MCU version of Mockingbird. Married to Clint in the comics for a time, also part of West Coast Avengers (which included a couple of other characters set to have Disney+ shows).
