I have a 7.5 and 5.0 and wish I had 2 7.5

But EGO's charge fast, I need to use the 7.5, the 5, and put the 7.5 back on after charging a bit (although sometimes can get it down in 2)

They don't get as much range as they claim, especially if use the self propel feature.

So, if you can get your yard done in 45 minutes, 7.5 will work, my yard usually takes 90 minutes

IMO never a good idea to rent to the buyer. Once they are living there they tend to find other things wrong that they will want you to fix prior to closing.

Yeah that's my concern. The RE agent (family as well) fucked that all up. Buyer has had health issues with brain tumor and has poor sight from it. Agent sold their house but didn't make sure all the buyer stipulations of the loan were fully met.
 
Just found out today that two completely unrelated people I've known for a long time just passed away. One was the father of a kid I went to grade school with for nine years and have continually associated with at church since I was five years old. The other is a co-worker I've occasionally collaborated with for twenty years. I wasn't emotionally tight with either person, but I'm still pretty bummed out right now...
