Peyton Manning certainly deserved it but it's tough to argue with Charles Woodson. Both will be NFL HOF.

I won't disagree with you there but that doesn't change the fact he was a complete wrecking ball that season and deserved the award supposedly given to the most outstanding player and it really shouldn't have been close
