The frustrating part to me is 4th and 1. Why is he in shotgun? That's such boneheaded to me. Howard is 240lbs. He can get 1 frigging yard easily under center. It's shit like this that passes me off. Chip should know better.

Urban would do the same shit with Cardale too. One thing the Browns do manage to do well under Stefanski is 3rd and 4th and short. Very rarely anything other than plowing forward with the qb.
