We have many starters returning, but honestly pre season polls are worthless. Michigan's schedule means they can not lose a game to make it to the playoffs.

UM went into Kinnick and beat Iowa 27-14 like 9-10 months ago, dude.
It’s not playing Iowa that bugs me, but we should have one quality out-of-conference game. I apologize, I didn’t even know the name of the stadium Iowa play in, I thought it was a cornfield somewhere

They did Iowa a favor. Iowa wouldn't have wanted to play Michigan a 2nd time. Iowa would have gotten a bowl game they didn't deserve and lose, so Iowa would have been 7-7 instead of 8-5.
