Devaney Neyland and Hayden Fry over Frank Leahy?

Devaney Neyland and Hayden Fry over Frank Leahy?
Yeah. Leahy needed to be in there. I admit, I think I just missed him when I looked over that list and voted

Eddie Robinson and Saban should run away with this list IMO. Rockne is going to get a bunch of votes on name alone. Leahy had a better career IMO at ND and he didn't even make it into the top 8 of his list

Should I advance Biermann, Heisman, and Leahy and advance 8-10 from this poll (since this one is shorter)?

Bud Wilkinson is a runaway too. 47 game winning steak. Would of have 4 national championships instead of 2 but then you could only go to a bowl game every other year.

k am going to add Biermann, Heisman, and Leahy and do 8-10 of this one.

As of right now

Saban 25
Switzer 21
Wilkinson 20
Rockne 19
Robinson 17
Swinney 9
Schembechler 8
Warner 8

Others

Snyder 7
Spurrier 7
Yost 6
Schnellenberger 4
Camp 3
Royal 2
Price 1
Stallings 1

I am going to take the results at 10 pm CT tonight and create the seeding thread. Tomorrow will be a busy day for me.

Robinson gets it on longevity only. Many of his Grambling teams were hot garbage. You gotta admire his longevity and his presence and what it means to HBC’s but in terms of achievement on the field I would t put him as high as others.

Well IIRC he also has like 9 natties.

But being perfectly honest, I didn't vote for him. I voted for people you had great success at the FBS level. So I didn't vote for Robinson nor someone like Stagg either. But that is my standard.

Maybe let people present some kind of resume' of some kind for each of the Coaches.
