Apparently, I have to participate in a 12 month long "leadership development program" this year in addition to my green belt. In addition to fully taking over all the materials development for the department.

Morning, ass spelunkers.

I need an actual vacation soon. Not sure where yet, but we all need to get away from the house for a bit.

Bar is finally coming together, though. We were unpacking some things, and at some point a long time ago my brother bought me a Chuggler (big beer mug that can double as a beer bong). My daughter found it, and now she calls it her "flute" and pretends to make music with it.

Someone tell @ima that I'm coming for his Father of the Year trophy.
