morning

weekend was good.

I was hungover yesterday. Mixed too many boozes on Saturday night.

rained yesterday morning, nice in the afternoon, then lost power from wind storms last night before midnight.
 
Good sports weekend. OSU, Bengals, and Crew all won. I made some hoopies.


Not a fan of driving straight into the sun in the morning

I feel like the morning threads are falling apart lately.
 
morning all. Got back to MN about 2pm Saturday.

Friday headed out since weather sucked, sounds like we made right call. House in NC lost power in morning from storms and rained most of morning. I would've been antsy.

First day we drove to Lafayette In, stayed at a la quinta inn. Much nicer than red roof in jackson oh, and was cheaper. Took mostly same route home, but this time went through Cincinnati, did not stop at skyline chili. Stayed up and watched the gopher disaster, we suck again. Up early and on road saturday, took a small detour after i shut GPS off, thankfully realized few minutes in did something wrong.

Vikings surprised me with a win yesterday. Always fun to beat GB, probably will end up highlight of vikes season.

did buy some BBQ sauce @kobesgame loves to bribe into her hanging out with me again. BBQ place had good pulled pork, and sides. I tried their brisket too, and it was meh, but it is NC afterall.
 
SA and I are going to watch the election night coverage together. This could be fun. We're not exactly on the same side, haha

Expecting to hear from the SEC on Gator suspensions for the upcoming Georgia game.

Rumor has it, they had to wait to hear from Saban and Smart before making their decision.
 
Confirmed last night Ben Dinucci is not an NFL QB.
 
Speaking of housing, I think we decided to rent her current apartment for one more year, live there together, and just save money to put towards a down payment. Probably good. One more year together to really firm everything up, plus some extra cash. My rough calculation shows that we'll probably save about $200/month in payments on home payments if we go that route.
