I just signed up and can’t get it to work on either of my fire sticks. Technical support is a joke. Did you have any trouble?

We did have an issue at first with the login for espn+(we have the hulu/disney+ bundle). We were able to hear back from someone on the Disney+ side of things and that cleared up everything for all 3 of them. Haven't had any issues since then. Not sure if this will help, but that's what we had to do.
