The best manifesto's include at least 4 of the following 7 items:

1. An opening statement in which you declare that you are leaving the Hoop forever.
2. Telling us all about how much better the site you were at previously was.
3. Declarations that one or more of the admins/mods are trolls.
4. Instances in which you were unfairly dealt with by one or mods with the reason being that they either don't like your team or are favoring another poster who likes the same team as said mod(s).
5. General declaration that admins/mods abuse their power.
6. A list of grievances about other posters that you don't like who should be banned and have done far worse than you.
7. A declaration that you have not violated any site rules and are being targeted unfairly.

Also, to truly take your manifesto to the next level. You can threaten to sue the Hoop (usually for violating your rights), claim that you are such a computer expert that you will be here under alts that are undetectable and/or that you will simply hack in and shut the site down and there's nothing Hammer or any admins can do to stop you.

Also, while they do happen from time to time, threats/offers to buy the site are not advisable as Hammer may decide to take you up on it.
