Back in the day, Nebraska was fun.

You said their name with an aggressive, manly comment of "NEBRASKA!"

They were like, who gives a shit about offense, passing, or trying to trick you. We are just going to line the ball up and shove it down your throat and through your ass. So here we go.

First play, Fullback run up the middle

Second play, Fullback run up the middle

Third play, HB run up the middle

Fourth play, Punt.

Then about 3rd quarter, it goes like this

First play, Fullback run up the middle for 8 yards

Second play, Halfback run up the middle for 22 yards

Third play, Fullback run up the middle for 11 yards.

Fourth play, Halfback run for TD

Final Score, Nebraska 52, your team 7. Now take your beating and go home weaklings. Fun and Gun, Spread, pfff... we just smash you into the dust.

Maybe if Nebraska went back to this, they would win again.

This is true, Wisconsin looks more like the modern Nebraska. Still Wisconsin just hasn't done it like Nebraska did in the heyday.
