They are building a new weight room now that can handle the 150+ players in a more timely fashion along with other all new goodies.

Sorry buddy. I give it 10 years before it gets Californication. Californians are flocking to Idaho, Texas, Montana, they'll ruin those states within a few years, realize those states are now ruined with their ideas, and they'll be on the move again to ruin another batch of states and that is where middle America comes in. They are zeroing in on you guys and it wont be long before they ruin it. Lots of land to buy on the super cheap. They could buy 140 acres in Nebraska and build a 3,500 sq ft. home on that lot with cash after they sell their studio apartment in San Francisco.
