I think that I figured out the SEC in 2021

Did they even play any good OOC games? Iowa State lost to Iowa That's the only good one I can think of.

That was my point. Oklahoma State had a 1 point win @ Boise State that was a solid victory. I cannot think of any other teams. Kansas State beat Stanford but Stanford is terrible.

Baylor beat BYU, that is a solid win. So there are some good wins once you do research, games were just not televised well at the time.

I forgot about that one.

Baylor beat BYU
Texas Tech beat Houston
Oklahoma State over Boise State
Kansas State over Nevada

They had some wins over P5 teams but not very good ones:
OU over Nebraska
West Virginia over Virginia Tech
TCU over California
Kansas State over Stanford

Yeah, the Power 5 wins (with the exception of maybe Va Tech) were over very bad teams. However the BYU, Houston, and Boise State threesome is decent. It definitely helps make the case of Oklahoma State over Cincinnati since Houston is the second best team in the American.
