I’m not against old school steroid users getting in, so I agree with you that he should be in before CC, but obviously the voters don’t agree.

Odd then that Papi is in, but he was a lovable juicer, so here we are.

There's a better case that Ortiz's performance was worthy of the HoF in the first place though. Canseco wouldn't get my vote and I don't ding him at all for his steroid use.

It was a joke, but not at your expense. The question was asked who the sportswriter was that voted against Suzuki? I picked Damon Runyon because he has probably been dead for almost 100 years.
