Well, when I saw "runs", I immediately read "shins" as "shits", so I thought he was having long poos, down to his ankles and thought the "miles" was just hyperbole. So I was going to recommend he stand on his toilet and let it do a little swirlie down in there and maybe it wouldn't touch his ankles.
