Yeah, it was a 45 minute tabata ride. They wanted output at 4 and 500... After the first one, I knew I couldn't keep up

I might just get the newer version of the Jaybirds...I like them for the most part.

I take walk breaks on my jogs. I get more distance in each time overall rather than just trying to make it back home in a gasping heap.

only true measure I have right now is heart rate. Now the 2 month wait for my nerdy spin bike.

I seriously have no idea what my output is. Last time I was on a bike with wattage output was a few years ago at one of those CycleBar places on a free trial. I was out of shape and burned out halfway through trying to win.

Foles only has 1 SB win, I believe his point was that Mahomes needs multiple SB wins AND a win over Brady.

Oh man.... I was on my first ever cruise and watching the game. I think there were two other Pats fans there and the rest Eagles fans.... Could have gotten ugly but those dudes were hilarious and we had a blast... They were completely hammered so I am sure that helped. But at least I knew about 6 other people to say hi to on the cruise and we joked every time we saw each other so that was fun

I told my friends who are Bills fans that beating anyone but Brady in the Super Bowl feels less fulfilling.

kind of like the Phillies beating the Rays in the World Series instead of the Yankees.
