Imagine thinking Oregon actually has a football "program"

This scenario is actually working out perfect for Cincy. Could be UGA, Ohio St/ScUM and a bunch of two loss teams. They have the head to head vs ND which would be the only one loss team other than a possible BIG 12 Champ and if Oklahoma wins that would be a huge jump…even then Cincy is sitting at 4.

No way a 2 loss team or a team coming off a loss like Bama is getting in over Cincy. i would be shocked

Definitely an interesting year.

UGA
Ohio St should be in assuming they win out (Michigan/Wisconsin).
Cincy might actually make it.

Then assuming UGA beats Bama and gives them a second loss, the forth team could be Notre Dame or Okie St. If Bama wins, then both UGA and Bama are likely to get in and knock Cincy out.
UGA is in ... if we lose to Bama, that would be our only loss, to the then no. 1 team. We aren't dropping out of the top 4 unless Bama crushes us, and can't imagine that happening with our D, and their D.

I agree somewhat with your 2 loss scenario, but am less optimistic about Cincy's chances. If Bama plays UGA tight, a loss to no. 1 won't look too bad, and they will get the Bama Benefit of the Doubt. There is a reason that the comm has them no. 2 with a loss and has for 4 weeks. Cincy needs for there to be Chaos in the B12. Then you could get UGA, Bama, tOSU and Cincy.

The more I think about it, assuming Cindy wins out, ND is effectively blocked by Cincy. No way they get in first, and there won't be two spots for them both.

If UGA loses to Bama, I'll be absolutely shocked. The Dawgs are on an entirely different level than this year's Tide.

Won't even be upset when they bulldoze the Tide - maybe it'll be the final straw that hands that dunce Pete Golding his walking papers.

Yeah I agree Bama could somehow still get in but it wouldn’t be fair. A team coming off a loss, no CCG and 2 losses. One loss, I get it but there would be so many issues with this…they let a non-P5 in let them get their ass beat and this never happens again imo, at least until they expand.
