More than that now. Houses here in the north metroplex have gone up about 25% in the last year or so.
I was thinking about trying to purchase an existing home since inventory homes are non existent. However, with the pricing and the Quickness from being listed to pending.. it was just better to sit and wait for a home to be built despite the prices increasing every other month
yeah we have joked about selling out of our house and moving to an apartment until things cool off and come back down to normal. Probably be about a year before housing inventory is back up and prices come down. Yeah.. I sold my house in VA and got more than I was originally thinking.. but I didn't expect the housing market down here to be so cut throat. But yes you can def make a pretty penny selling now.
