GAME Indiana @ Wisconsin now on ABC

That was terrible play by the WR for Wisconsin to end it

Game over. Impressive win by Indiana with a backup QB

Good game...Hoosiers earned it

Mertz is a solid QB, as long as he doesn't play anyone with a decent defense. Northwestern and IU are the only teams Wiscy played with any defense and Mertz has 1 TD with 4 INT's in those games.
Only played 4 games and looked bad in two. Only played well against 2 bad defenses

He is only a freshman and will only get better though

Great now he have to hear Tom Allen preach about his great team in postgame saying this is the greatest team ever

I am not sure it is. Wisconsin has wins over Illinois and Michigan and is now 2-2. Wisconsin may not be that good this year

When are they putting a statue of Tom Allen on campus? :laugh3:

WTF is going on @Kburjr @Smart ?
All of the playmakers are injured and their backups who are supposed to be good on fundamentals commit tons of turnovers and penalties, and choke in the red zone.

In the last five Wisconsin games, Wisconsin has outgained every opponent by more than 100 yards. They have possessed the ball for over 35 minutes in every game. Their record in those games: 2-3.

I know Davis was out and Pryor got injured late in game but what other playmakers were out ?

I am counting guys who played through injury. Dike was hobbling with a calf injury for a bunch of the game, and Ferguson still has that lingering arm injury that he's had pretty much all of the last two seasons. With the exception of Berger, those are the only guys (plus the two you named) are the only people on this team that I would consider playmakers.

Wisconsin is just a paper tiger.

What's wrong with Mertz? He looks terrible.

Not sure why they are so banged up. What have they played? Like 4 games total with a week off in between? Lol.
