In that (0-4) record in the Rose Bowl since 1958, Iowa went through Michigan on 3 of them. None went through Ohio St.

1981 vs Michigan W 9-7 .... Did not play Ohio St

1990 vs Michigan W 24-23 .... vs Ohio St L 26-27

Hate to break the news to you, but Iowa has been better than Nebraska for the past 12 years. Iowa could go 0-12 next year and Nebraska could go 12-0 and Iowa would still have 4 or 5 more wins since Nebraska moved to the B1G.

So stop talking Big 12 and the past. Nebraska IS Iowa in the B1G.

Prior to 2015, Nebraska was 3-1 against Iowa after joining the Big 10.

In 2011 Nebraska was (9-4) and Iowa was (7-6)
In 2012 Nebraska was (10-4) and Iowa was (4-8)
In 2013 Nebraska was (9-4) and Iowa was (8-5)
In 2014 Nebraska was (9-4) and Iowa was (7-6)

You can cherry pick anything you'd like -- You ARE Iowa. That is actually putting Iowa down, I should say, you are striving to be Iowa, right now. At some point, Nebraska fans will realize, they are no longer in the Big 12, it is no longer the 90's, CFB is completely different and Nebraska's ceiling will be as a 9-10 win team -- why? They will NEVER recruit like the elite schools. And their big rivals now are......wait for it......the team you are making fun of, Iowa and Wisconsin.

It is why it is funny to hear Nebraska fans talk down to Iowa, when they are literally your rival and they have been dominating you. Even when you got to the B1G and you were winning 9-10 -- the games with Iowa were close games. Now they've won 8 of the last 9 and the last 7 in a row.

And I just did the total record since you got to the B1G -- I didn't want to be accused of just picking recent years. If you'd like just the last 7. Iowa is 27 wins better than Nebraska. So Nebraska has a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG road to reaching Iowa's level.

At what point will Nebraska fans realize -- they are in the same boat as an Iowa and will continue to be. Unless the B1G changes the divisions -- Nebraska's ceiling will be pretty much the same as Wisconsin or Iowa. They will be a top 25 type team, win 8,9, 10 games, have years where it will be less, maybe the occasional where they win 11 or 12.

There isn't a chance in hell Nebraska will be a national power again in today's CFB when they have zero in state talent and very little talent in surrounding states. It sucks for Nebraska, but it is simply the truth. The move to the B1G made it even worse the for the football team. Instead of playing games in the Southwest, they have to sell kids on playing in the Midwest. Instead of selling games against OU or Texas, they have to sell games against Iowa and Wisconsin as their rivals.

What else is Nebraska going to sell kids on?

I'm not sure who you are talking about, but the question still stands. What is Nebraska going to sell recruits on in today's CFB? You make fun of Iowa, but Nebraska is essentially Iowa in the B1G. Only difference is -- Iowa has more in state talent than Nebraska.
Are you going to sell recruits on playing a big game against Wisconsin? I'm still waiting to hear what Nebraska is going to sell recruits on to compete nationally again? One ESPN reporter described the state of Nebraska as cornfields and sadness -- not exactly what recruits are looking for in a college experience?

Or will Nebraska fans just continue to blame the coaches? It was Pelini's fault, it was Riley's fault, it is Frost's fault.

There is a reason you haven't responded to the question -- BECAUSE YOU CAN'T. It is never happening and unless they move the entire university out of the cornfields and sadness and move it somewhere with in state talent -- Nebraska will continue to be what we've seen since they got to the B1G.
