A&M is getting alot of love for being a team who lost to Arkansas and Mississippi State, and almost lost to Colorado as a 30 point favorite or whatever it was.

They very well could be a 2018 Purdue/2017 Iowa

I've watched them 4 times this year -- take away the Bama game and they've looked absolutely terrible. Hell -- prior to the Bama game they were writing articles about how A&M got fleeced by Jimbo Fisher on the extension

That being said -- i still think the SEC has the best team in Georgia. I think Bama is vulnerable to any team who can play physical against them this year. Bama/OSU would end up like 60-59 if they played each other.

I think you have A&M too high -- they lost to Arkansas and MSU. Overall I think the edge goes to the SEC simply because of Georgia this year. Remains to be seen about Bama. There defense is as bad as I've seen them.

It is a bizarre year in CFB. About the only sure fire argument that can be made is that Georgia is the #1 team in the country. After that -- you can have 1,000 different opinions and none of them would be right or wrong about who should follow behind them.

Which is why a 12 team CFP would have been fantastic this year. Not so much separation at the top.

Luckily we've got this lil tournament thing at the end of the season that can help us decide this. But yeah, it's a good year for the B1G. All that rest last season served them well.

I am not ready to crown Georgia the best yet. Their offense couldn't do anything against Clemson and they were lucky to win that game. Clemson has been exposed as being down this year.

Alabama, despite its loss, has looked better than Georgia at times this year. I have also seen this song and dance about Alabama/Georgia before now. Until Georgia beats Alabama on the field, I am not buying Georgia.
