OP must not have powerhouse private schools in his area. Gorman is our local school that recruits players from all over the valley, and cali. I tuition is around 25k per year, unless you can ball. They are nationally ranked all the time in multiple sports.

Yeah. OP lives in Houston iirc.

Omaha has 'Creighton Prep' high school and they recruit Omaha and surrounding areas. Creighton Prep is a private Catholic school.
A friend of mine's boy had his tuition paid by a Creighton alum for him to play high school baseball there.
The kicker is the kid's family wasn't even Catholic. Just a good baseball player they'd been scouting through little league.

I highly doubt it. I’m pretty sure they are very similar if my memory of Phoenix geography is correct. The equivalent in DFW would be moving from Duncanville to Southlake Carroll.
