Is there more parity this year?

You know, I had the same conundrum as OP after watching my team lose last night.

Then so many teams ended up losing or almost losing to lesser teams today.

And I felt better about my own team.

Until I remembered the starting QB is likely out for the year. Some other players are also banged up. :sigh:
Gabriel got hurt? I guess I missed that.

Going Crazy Will Ferrell GIF

Bama struggled with the Gators, but that's no different from last season.

Believe there may be parity in college football, within the top-tier teams in college football.

Group of Five need not apply.

Alot of "old" players on teams this year due to COVID giving them an extra year. It's helping several teams be more competitive.

Typical spoiled fan.

There’s another W in the wins column and I’m wringing my fucking hands.

I would have traded my left nut to be 3-0 last year.

I hope we progress. Both sides of the ball AND coaching. Of course I think I could do a better job.

Is it ever boring being a Bama fan?

Football.

Last year with Covid is kind of a blur. So maybe I am wildly full of shit, but, I think Spencer Rattler is trash and I’m very surprised he is the starting QB for OU based on their past qb tree.
While you may be full of shit, so far this year Rattler's performance validates your analysis.

I think Florida vs Georgia going to be one helluva good game this year.

He doesn’t suck...but yeah when contrasted against the last 3 qb’s and his own performance last season it’s a head scratcher.

Anyone quick to criticize will prolly blame the NIL commitments taking away from film study, reps, etc. I think it could be some of that, but I also start to question the talent level currently on the field. Mims has been virtually invisible as has Stoops, Stogner and Hall. They sure as fart aren’t running the ball as effectively. Meh, they will get better or they won’t. If last season’s model holds they will get better each week.

O-line play is what I'm thinking

Nassar thing?

...too soon?
Yeah, but only because of the timing of the recent hearings.

I'm just raggin' 7sam. My two faves in the B1G are actually Sparty and Iowa. Having good years with faves in that league.

It’s upon us. May the odds be ever in your favor..
