Before and after action on the swingset.

Obvs before is from the previous location, someone else's house.

The neighbors have busted out the furniture which required them to tear down and rebuild/expand their deck.

It's two really high bar stool kind of things and a bar table that are both about a foot taller than the railing on the deck. Apparently the 4 chairs and table they had previously were just not enough for the two adults and one child living there, now there's tall stools too!!!
Take a sledgehammer and go over there and bust that shit up.

No way you should have to put up with having to look at that.

Fuck them people.

Really? That's dumb.

My Mercedes did it by miles, and my current car does the sensor thingy
Yeah, Mazda does a certain number of days and a certain number of miles, but I can just push the calendar setting back up to like two months at a time when that comes on.

The Subaru is by mileage only.

It's a pretty brutal setup. The stairs are not even connected by a railing to the rest of the deck. They also built a shed under the deck, but like 6 inches of the ground is exposed. Shit makes no sense.

Fuck that. Take an axe and do the deck too.

Someone needs to work on their lawn. Hippie didn't die for that
Lulz. I'm mostly happy that anything at all is growing in the lawn.

We don't have a ton of space, and we have kids. I'm just trying to get rid of the knotweeds this year.

My yard (second pic, not the first one with the white fence) is something like 50/50 grass and weeds. I'm learning to tolerate the clover, because at least it's helpful in attracting bees for my garden, but I'm trying to get some of the other nonsense under control a bit. Biggest problem is that I don't have the patience for watering a lawn 2x on the daily, and I'm not about to put money into a sprinkler system.

I'm surprised your neighbors put up with having to look at that shit.
The neighbors on both sides are 100% yellow. They don't even bother to water.

Backyard people diagonally have a fancy sprinkler system. jelly

Did a spur-of-the-moment trip to a peach orchard on Saturday. Looks like I'm going to be making some peach crisp tonight.

doing a little family reunion in Blue Hill, ME this weekend. Going to go to Acadia for a day

My nearest neighbor to the north doesn't even have a garage door. Just a big opening.

They've doubled their house size with a big walk out basement since the garage was built, but still haven't installed a garage door.
