It's been 2 years.......................

Since I smoked grits or weed. Miss the latter more often than the former.

I occasionally smoke a salmon every now and then but that's it.
Good for you man!

Am I correct to assume grits means cigarettes?

Lungs have started to heal then, congrats.

I assume you swapped to edibles?

Good for you, dude. Your lungs will thank you. Now sign up for some marathons!
Used to run 3 miles a day 5 times a week but stopped cuz of 2 herniated discs. Switched to an elliptical for a couple of years but got tired of that. Now I just walk a lot lol

Thanks. Tried different edibles that my buddy turned me onto and never got high. Will have to experiment with others.

Any suggestions?

This month is 12 years without a cigarette.
Don't miss them at all. I can stand in a crowd of smokers and it doesn't even phase me.

Weed???
That's another story

I hadn't smoked weed in 30 years, so they worked for me. I like fivecbd.com myself. They have D9 and ship 10mg to Texas. I like the 10mg Vibe and Chill.

Affirmative. Kicked that 52 year old habit :beer2:
Excellent. I quit probably seven years ago after smoking for nearly 30 years. It wasn't easy, but once I was on the other side of it, I was so happy.

I remember when I realized that I was feeling glad that I didn't smoke more often than I was craving it and I knew that was it.

Good for you, man.

I haven't run a marathon, but fitness and running definately helped me get over cigarettes. Now, I can't imagine even taking a hit. I can remember how it feels when it goes into your lungs and even the thought makes me uncomfortable.

Haven't had chew or Zyn since last June. Working on a banger cigar right now tho.....
