Anthony Richardson will be a 1st round pick, but it won't be because of anything Napier did. The guy simply has the physical talent you can't teach. It'd be like saying Stoops is responsible for Will Levis getting drafted in the 1st round.
Both guys are absolute garbage, but they have NFL arms, NFL bodies and they can run. I pray the Lions don't waste a draft pick on either.

Will Levi’s is projected as the 3rd QB to go in the draft. It’s a weak QB draft.

It is brutal. Levis and Richardson both are only projected to go high in the draft because they have NFL bodies and NFL arms. They don't have it between the ears for the NFL and they don't have the accuracy needed in the NFL, but everyone thinks they are going to find the next Josh Allen and think they can fix a guy.
I pray the Lions goes nowhere near either of them.

For every Josh Allen there are at least 30 (and realistically, it is much more than 30) Zach Wilson's and Josh Rosen's. The QB position is a grave yard for top college QB's. The game is so different from college to the NFL -- you never know what you will get.
JaMarcus Russell, Brady Quinn, Johnny Manziel, Jake Locker, Paxton Lynch, Dwayne Haskins(RIP), Tim Tebow, EJ Manuel, Matt Leinart, Christian Ponder, JP Losman, Patrick Ramsey, Blaine Gabbert, Kyle Boller, David Carr, Joey Harrington, Josh Freeman, Jason Campbell, Mitch Trubisky, Byron Leftwich, Rex Grossman, Vince Young, Marcus Mariota, Teddy Bridgewater, Mark Sanchez, Baker Mayfield, Chad Pennington, Carson Wentz.
These are just the 1st round QB's who were mediocre to flat out terrible in the NFL in the last 20 years.

I don’t think Jason Campbell belongs on that list. He was pretty good IIRC. And I don’t think Peyton Manning or Tom Brady would have been successful in David Carr’s position, and Bridgewater was decent before a gruesome injury

Campbell is underappreciated. The year he retired I was at a tailgate in Auburn where he showed up and had to step away to take a call from the Cowboys wanting him to get back in but he told us once he left he mentally left and didn't want the grind anymore. He could have played and cashed checks for at least 3 more years with no problem.
He is an example of a guy that did it right, managed his money well and will live a productive life.

Campbell wasn't pretty good. Completed 60% of his passes, 80 tds, 60 ints, finished 18 games under .500 as a starter.
He is pretty good for the list of QB's i put up, but he was mediocre, at best, as a QB in the NFL.
