I was going to golf on Friday but it was windy as fuck out and decided against it.

planted bushes instead.

tennis match on Saturday morning then went to a birthday thing at a friend's house. Made mac and cheese with the Trader Joes Everything but the Elote seasoning and it was damn good.

yesterday...mowed the lawn then went on a date with a girl who only used faceshots in her profile...she must have put on the COVID 19 or something...
 
Not raining here. Sun is shinning..

2nd Covid shot kicked my ass yesterday... Midnight Saturday woke up feeling like absolute garbage. Took about an hour to get back to sleep... Then felt like crap all day Sunday.

Score? It was a scramble.

I was golfing with 3 people who usually golf low 80's (potentially better).... They did not take many of mine. Towards about the middle of the round Saturday I finally started to feel a little better about my swing, though
 
Could not find a bourbon tour anywhere in Kentucky for next Saturday. Looks like if you're going on a weekend, you need to book out at least 3 or 4 weeks in advance

the storm that rolled through here on Friday night was a little crazy. I was watching the treetops in my backyard and they were getting tugged back and forth...I was sure one was coming down.

Luckily they all stayed upright and my neighborhood didn't lose power.

still some wind Saturday for my tennis match, but not too bad.

Saturday was the opening of striped bass (rockfish) on the Chesapeake and my neighbors went out on a fishing tournament. They got skunked and had to endure choppy water...and ran out of beer by noon. Not a good day on the water.
