It's Meltdown Time

That one was more interesting. No one said it but as I was reading the Penn State comments the movie "Groundhog Day" came to mind. It literally did feel like a repeat over and over and over. To lose like that to Illinois had to be extremely painful.

On Clemson, I'm surprised no one commented on the main issue with Dabo's philosophy and that is he won't take transfers out of the portal. Even Saban takes the best he can out of the portal and you are killing your team if you won't do it. The old school days are gone and if Dabo won't make changes it is going to hurt Clemson.

Lol Clemson fans taking the Michigan "moral high ground" route as they start to suck.

"Clemson represents many good things that make many jealous These forces are always going to criticize Clemson and Dabo Doing things the right way makes people like Dave Dorean and others uncomfortable Many across the nation want Clemson and Dabo to jump in the ditch of cheating lying and immorality with them to make them feel better Following Gods laws makes them very uncomfortable Dabo is so much more than wins and losses"

To be fair, I don't think the transfer portal will be as impactful after COVID-19 and the current rules. However, you are correct that he needs to change with the times.

COVID accelerated a bunch of crap but the new rule is anyone can transfer one time without sitting out.

"Under the NCAA’s new transfer rule, athletes from all sports will be allowed to transfer once without being required to sit out their first year. Athletes who play fall and winter sports must notify their schools of their transfer decision by May 1 of the preceding year, and spring sport athletes must notify their schools by July 1. The council also voted to allow a blanket waiver for the initial year of the rule that sets the date for all athletes as July 1."

This basically changes everything and allows players to shop at least once for a better opportunity. When you add in NIL there are going to be starters that move just to get paid.

It's a new world and it will definitely be impactful.
