UGA signed 9 3 stars, only one less than y'all. There's a couple I'm expecting big things from in 2023 though.
 
Texas finishes 5th and OU 8th but they signed 7 more players than OU. Oklahomas collective score is higher than Texas.

No. USC was ranked #102 before Riley was hired. Plus, I believe they are ranked #1 in transfer portal rankings. They still have several spots open for recruits as well. If I read what I saw correctly there are still 3 or 4 high ranked recruits that have USC on their final list that haven't committed yet.

#102 to #58 is an improvement but I'm still unclear on how this fits into USC's future. Are you guys tight on scholarships or what? Even with all the great transfers, if you're low on numbers it will kill your depth. I'm asking; not trying to make waves. Every team has problems; is this one of Southern Cal's concerns they need to fix? USC #58? Something's really odd about that.

They've only signed 8 high schoolers. Between guys leaving for the NFL, guys graduating and guys that Riley told they should use the portal, he was looking at overturning 35 roster spots. He knew he was behind on recruiting when he came in, that's why he hit the portal so hard. Basically, from what I've seen, he's been concentrating on the portal and getting a head start on 2023. It looks like he'd rather save a scholarship for 2023 than use it now just to use it.
