It's only Tuesday

Metro is good for commuting but I largely quit using that too in the Uber/Lyft era.

Due to the WFH I don't even need to live here anymore for my job, so financially it makes no sense for me to stay with the cost of living here. I can go basically anywhere, just trying to figure out where that might be
Come to Columbus, and buy a house from @Hang_On_Sloopy08

And you can go to the strip club with @stakesarehigh and I

Hells nah, I'd put my own head through a wall. My office used to be in DC but I took the Metro back then. My commute was 35ish minutes. But then in 2017 I gradually started working from home more and more, then in 2018 we closed the office entirely and went to permanently WFH. My commute has been 3 seconds from my bed to my desk ever since.
What about the bath tub

Can't remember if it was in a thread or pm, but sloopy was saying the same thing

Sucks the buckeyes aren't playing or that would be a no brainer. Maybe for the NFL weekend or something. See if we can nail down a good week

I took a nap after work... Was exhausted.

Tuna, asparagus, and rice for dinner.

Golfing after work today, as long as the storms hold off. I think I'm going to make some shredded chicken to bring to my dad's tomorrow.
I hope you had a nice, long talk.

Buck had his first flag football game last night. They won, but it's so hard to watch. So many bad habits they're teaching those kids, but I'm trying to treat it as a different sport than tackle football. Was hounded by Bossy & little from Dodger about how their first day of 4th grade was.
Fucking kids wanting to tell you about their day.

None because they can't throw the ball very well being 1st & 2nd graders. It's a lot of reverses or straight up handoffs with best athlete to juke. They put new rules allowing a blitzing safety and a player can only run the ball so many times a possession.
They allow blitzing in 1st grade football? WTF.

We start flag football tonight. Only 5-6 players per team. Looking forward to Deuce getting a challenge this year though....he'll be about the youngest kid. It's 7-9 year olds and he only turns 7 this weekend.

The High Life? The so-called Champaign of Beers?

Might as well go to the Natty

pizza tears of joy GIF

Yeah it was "rushing the passer" from 7 to 10 yards out as soon as the ball was snapped. We don't allow blitzing in the youth tackle league I help run just so kids can get blocking schemes down. About 95% of the kids who were the "blitzers" had no idea what they were doing. Then of course you have Buck in his 1x doing it sacking the quarterback 2 seconds after he got the ball.

I bet if it was a whole kid, you wouldn't have an issue with it.
No I'd have an issue with it still. I treat my cousins & cousins' kids as well as nephews the same as my whole kids. No one gets special treatment. Guess I'm just a hard ass.
