15-20 over isn't outrageous. It's fast, but not outrageous.

150+ is ridiculous. I have been up to 145 (wide open stretch of highway), and shit is just whizzing by you. I can't imagine that speed on a 45mph road. Completely reckless.

i agree. I’ve gone 145 on a highway and you’ve gotta have total focus. Rainbow invites speeding but not those speeds. He wasn’t TOO far from a highway. Maybe he was reaching those speeds on the highway.
