Then you missed one good fight, the Barrios fight. The first were two terrible boxers touching each other, Barrios was a GREAT fight, and the chicks were just grappling all night. Though Serrano's coach was great after the fight, calling the Irish chick basically a cheating bitch and the ref incompetent...right to their faces.
 
Gotta hand it to the Paul brothers. They’ve been able to pivot like few others have in entertainment.

They’ve started out making money with children as their audience. They moved on to college bros. They have landed on making millions by having middle aged men consume their shit. Only thing left is nursing home shit. Soap opera time.

I don't think anyone is surprised. It's moreso that, like all Jake Paul fights, everyone knows he'll win because they are strategically against opponents that heavily favor Paul, but you're still hoping there's a lucky shot in there somewhere that fucks up Paul because fuck Jake Paul

The children became college bros. Im 44, im self aware enough my audience doesnt drive clicks like the phone obsessed under 30 crowd does.

The lure here was Tyson though, moreso than Paul. Ive not watched a second of any Paul fight until Friday. Doesnt look like I missed much.

If they kickboxed Tate would crush him. Just like Diaz would have. Paul would only be willing to box. Its a decent chance Paul would beat Mcgregor in a boxing match also. The size difference is massive.
 
I am not upset that Jake and Logan do these glorified celebrity boxing matches. I enjoy the build ups and I tune in to hopefully see one of them get KO'd. What I have a problem with though is if these things moving forward end up being a product that we saw on Friday night. Tyson didn't even try or do anything. Yes I know he is 58 and people will be quick to blame his age for his lack of involvement and mobility, but his training videos leading up to the fight showed he at least had 30 second bursts of energy. Come fight night he displayed none of that.

So if these things turn into the challenger who is facing Jake or Logan become standing targets then no thanks, I won't watch another one.
