If Franklin does leave, I wonder who'd be in play at PSU? Joe Moorhead was the OC there for a couple years, but he flamed out at Miss State. Would Fickell take this gig? Would they being Bill O'Brien back? Not sure who else would be in play?
Fickell, BOB and Matt Rhule would be my top choices if I were Penn State
Rhule is interesting, but my guess is he's only available if he gets fired at Carolina, which I doubt would be the case after just 2 years. But if he's available, I'd probably peg him as my go to if I were running it.
