Former Giants’ head coach Jim Fassel passes away at 71

Some sad news to start the Giants’ mandatory mini-camp

He sure seemed like a good guy. He coached the Las Vegas Locos (locomotives) and won a couple of ships with them here. he was on the radio all the time. Didnt know he was sick, or even how he passed, but he was always good to listen to when the local guys had him on.

He was at the Giants starting the 1997 season thru 2003. Cause of death was a Heart Attack.
