Irsay coming out and saying Taylor is essentially a nothingburger to the NFL in public is hilarious.

Nice quip. That said, blaming Irsay for not paying him is not entirely accurate. He needs to comply with the NFL salary cap - just like every other franchise. If there was no salary cap we likely wouldn't be having this conversation.
