User can't be at fault because they don't even have the fucking camera. It has to be purchasing's fault for purchasing from the link that the head of IT gave us and told us we had to purchase from. It's also our fault for bringing up that the link has provided cameras all with the same part number but yet slight modifications. We had asked that they look into it and see what is different or why we are getting a different version each time as they know more of the technical aspects. IT could have tested the camera in March/April that was from a completely different vendor and probably more reliable source to get the same camera each time.
