Someone hit and ran my truck at the time...a 68' Chevy C10 that I had sunk way to much money into.

I called the cops and he smelled beer on me because when the guy hit me I was taking a sip from a beer and it splashed me.

At the time .10 was the line....now its .08.

I blew .11......

.01 over the limit....the car that hit me was reported stolen and they never found who hit me.

Cost me a lot for that shit too. Not only was my truck damaged...I had to pay to fix it myself, along with paying the fines and court costs associated with the DWI.

3 or 4 beers, 2 or 3 drinks or a 2 glasses and a half of wine. If you blow in a breathalyzer soon after consuming either...you will blow .08
