Huge chance to take, with a leg already held, to potentially allow a take down, or turn your back to your opponent while in mid air. Thats not the kind of maneuver you just try for the first time like that. He worked on that move at some point. I have never even seen that attempted before.

Yeah, I just started watching MMA this year. My son has been into it for quite awhile and got me to start watching with him. At the beginning of the card he said, "this is an 'okay' card, nothing special".
After the fight he laughs and says "Turned out to be a pretty darn good card after all". lol

That really is amazing that he generated that much power from just his leg muscle....the other foot is still in the air being held by his opponent....incredible!
