I'll break the code for you- the kid's a bully. The guy's daughter didn't like it so she talked smack about him on social media or whatever. So what. You're correct that the guy should've kept his mouth shut, unless it turned physical. But a dead dad isn't a license to be an asshole.

It's the same thing- he's an asshole. And the dad was screwed either way. Either he absorbs punches and retains some dignity, or he gets his ass kicked by a 280 lb juvenile and no dignity. If he fights back, he's quickly labeled as an aggressor and is the only one going to jail.

The fatass bully kid will either go apeshit on the street and get addicted to a combination of cheeseburgers and meth, or else go to jail and become some gang member's bitch.
Meth is a very useful weight loss drug. I don't think it tends to go hand in hand with cheeseburger addictions.
