Lamar Jackson suing Dale Earnhardt Jr over the use of #8

Looked into this further and apparently Lamar filed suit against Troy Aikman last year for using the word “eight”

Trademark or intending I thought was implied. Lamar’s attorney must have a lot of time on his hands because Lamar isn’t smart enough to be doing this

It's not trademarking the number. It's the font of the number or the stylized design of the number that's trademarked. Basically, a logo.

If Jackson had a trademark on a specific styled 8, which it appears he did, then he can file a claim against anyone that uses that same styled 8 or something that is very close to it.

I am sure I will be called a racist for this, however when this dumbfuck isn't playing anymore no one will give a rip about his trademarks and any he holds will be worthless. BTW, his career is over in 3-4 years tops
