OK. So there wasn't. Quit whining about the B1G getting hosed, because they didn't. The top 2 teams (Oregon and Penn State) cannot meet until the NC Game in Atlanta.

What's up with all the teeth gnashing about the 4th place B1G team or the B1G getting hosed? Perhaps, Ohio State or Indiana should have been left our fot BYU, and we would not have these issues.

Point is with the B1G going 4 deep, somebody is going to be inconvenienced. So, B1G fans need to quit whining about the conspiracy against the B1G to help the SEC. Quite frankly, it's undignified.

I'm fine with playing OSU in the Rose.

If Texas had beaten UGA, PSU would have been the 5 and OSU the 6/7.

In this case, there's way too many people with competing interests to keep a secret.

I guarantee someone on the committee didn't like the final result, so if rules were broken they'd have no reason to keep a lid on it.

The Power 4 conference champs should get auto-bids, but that's it. Once the other 8 teams are decided, then do the seeding.

And let the G5s have their own playoff. But it seems the big dogs seem willing to entice the G5s to stay in the club by the size of their CFP payment. Why, I don't know. G5 playoff would be entertaining IMO.

I have a very hard time seeing OHST as any semblance of an underdog.

ESPN has the Suckeyes -2.5, the Suckeyes have the revenge factor, the rematch is at a neutral site, etc.

So, this is interesting. If they seeded by ranking, and all of the higher seeds won, we would have an all-B1G semi and an all-SEC semi. So, once again, no agenda favoring one conference or the other in regard to this aspect of it. Either way, some team has to beat 3 or 4 very good teams to win the Tournament. Whichever team wins it will be worthy. Personally, I'm rooting for Arizona State. Fork 'em Devils!
